LEAGUE ADMINISTRATIVE CALENDAR
Wednesday, September 23
Mandatory Coaches Meeting at 7pm. Meeting will be held in the Brent Room at Visitation Academy . At least 1 representative from each participating school must attend.
Monday, October 12
Team Entry Form due by 5pm. Mail to: Vetta Sports Concord, 12320 Old Tesson Road, St. Louis, MO 63128, Attn: Dan Whitley
Thursday, October 29
- ALL LEAGUE FEES ARE DUE (Mail or deliver to address above)
- Team Rosters must be entered online
- Emergency Contact Information & Parental Releases are due
- ONCE ALL FEES & FORMS ARE SUBMITTED, you will be able to pick-up score sheets, & racquetballs for the season at Vetta Sports Concord after school.

- Varsity, JV1, & JV2 League Play Begins (You may apply on your entry form to begin the week of November 9)
Monday, November 16
- Entries for the Top Seed Tournament & Doubles must be submitted online by 6pm. Doubles entry fees due.
